Reaching Out To The Community
In rural Lupane, dogs can receive castration from a qualified veterinarian. However, there is a painful traditional method that is often performed while the dog remains awake and fully aware of the discomfort. A heartfelt thank you to Animal-Kind International for their generous funding of Tikobane Trust-Zimbabwe, as well as Humane Africa Trust for their efforts in promoting the five freedoms of animals.
Animal Deworming Programs
Dewormed and vaccinated for rabies (backed by SPCA International and Feed the DOGS, supported by Animal-Kind International). We also provided educational sessions on the 5 Freedoms of animals (supported by @animalkindinternational).
House Calls
