On 29 November 2024 Humane Africa joined forces with the Victoria Falls residents to participate in a clean-up campaign along the main road. Our team was excited to contribute to the beautification of our community while also raising awareness about a critical animal welfare issue. Our theme for the event was “Ending Cages for Laying Hens.” As an animal welfare organization, we are deeply concerned about the treatment of animals in our community, particularly those raised in factory farms. We believe that all animals deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, and that includes providing them with safe and humane living conditions. The clean-up campaign was a huge success, with many residents coming together to pick up litter and beautify our community. We are grateful for the opportunity to have participated in this event and to have raised awareness about the importance of treating animals with kindness and respect. At Humane Africa, we will continue to work tirelessly to promote animal welfare and protect animals from cruelty and neglect. We believe that every small action counts, and that together, we can make a difference in the lives of animals
